RBLP stands for Resilience-Building Leadership Professional. The certification is built around the knowledge and skills leaders need to build and lead resilient teams.
RBLP has American Council on Education college-credit recommendations, is listed as a federal workforce resource, and is eligible for GI Bill funding.
This is a professional certification you earn through RBLP. Our role is to make sure you understand the competencies, know what to expect, and are prepared when it is time to test.

What instructor-led prep includes
Certification prep is oral-exam rehearsal for an RBLP Leadership Certification exam. It is distinct from general resilience-building leadership courses offered by colleges, universities, and employers.
Before meeting with your instructor, you review each training module and answer reflection questions about your leader and follower experience.
During live virtual sessions, the instructor guides a discussion of each leader task, connects the competencies to practical situations, and helps you prepare to explain your thinking during the certification exam.
