The 2-Minute Performance Gap Check is a lightweight behavioral screen. It is not a validated assessment, personality test, organizational diagnosis, or prediction. It points to an area to examine first. Deeper assessment, debrief, and conversation provide context.

3C’s Leadership Solutions is an RBLP Authorized Training Partner that provides exam-prep services. RBLP is the independent certifying body. 3C’s does not issue the certification, control exam decisions, or guarantee that a learner will pass an RBLP examination.

Product prices and included services are shown on the store page or enrollment flow. Checkout, scheduling, and payment processing may occur through secure third-party services. Review the product, price, delivery details, cancellation terms, and any refund terms presented before payment. Those transaction-specific terms are part of your agreement for that purchase.
